Cashback in Miles
Every deposit gives you 5% of the amount back in Miles. You don't need to opt in, they are added by themselves. In the shop you can swap Miles for bonus money or free spins.
Sports First-Deposit Bonus
New sports players get 20% up to €500 with a deposit of €20 or more. You wager deposit plus bonus 5x on singles or accumulators with odds of at least 1.50, and you have 30 days for it. VIP Club Levels and Perks

Promo Codes: How They Work
You only need a code for the regular reloads. For the welcome pack and the sports bonus there is no code at all.
